Rebuilding Three Ecommerce Sites on Shopify Plus — Conversion Up 25%

Project Overview

As the sole UX designer for Focus Camera, I owned the UX/UI direction for a full platform migration from Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) to Shopify Plus, across three sites, 15,000+ products, and about 800K monthly sessions. I restructured site architecture and the primary sales flow, raised add-to-cart engagement by 149%, and built the Figma design system that keeps all three sites consistent as new work ships.
